As ManagingShubham Tanks and Liners, he leads a team of highly dedicated professionals which provides total Water storage solutions in India and the SAARC Countries, as part of the diversified activities. As a part of Shubham Tanks and Liners growth plan which is dedicated to specialized and never-thought-before products and services for the betterment and protection of our environment, Sunil Uplap quickly diversified into water-related applications which had severe challenges in India. Recipient of the “Sankalp Award 2009” as the best Social Enterprise in the Healthcare Sector. The company has also been adjudged with the “Best Franchisor Award” three times in a row in Service-based Franchise opportunity, and also the Essential Services Award on a National platform.

Sumit Raina is a Sales and Marketing professional with approx. 25 years of experience. Over his professional journey Sumit has worked in regional, national and international leadership roles with companies like Diversey India, General Mills, Parker pens, Onida, and Raymond. A gr...aduate of Delhi University, Sumit has done his PGDBM from IMT Ghaziabad followed by an Executive Program in Leadership Management from IIM – Kolkata. Sumit has rich experience in B2B and B2C industries including launching and scaling up new businesses, building successful go to market strategy, leading the S&OP function, and handling multi-country/ multi-cultural teams across South East Asia.

AJAY DAJI SAKPAL

Ajay Daji Sakpal is a seasoned Accounts and Finance professional with nearly 18 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has held regional and national leadership positions at organizations such as Antony Waste Handling, Choksey Chemicals, Writer Corporation, and Chemspec C...hemicals. A graduate of Mumbai University, Ajay also holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI. He has extensive expertise in securing short- and long-term loans, Forex management, conducting internal, statutory, and government audits, treasury management, and ensuring compliance with GST and tax regulations. Ajay is also highly skilled in fostering strong relationships with tax authorities and financial institutions.

With a strong academic foundation and a global perspective, Sarvesh brings a curiosity driven strategic mindset and fresh energy to Shubham Tanks and Liners Pvt. Ltd. In his current role, Sarvesh is focused on building sustainable growth pathways for the company—strengthening c...ore capabilities, exploring emerging markets, and aligning innovation with customer needs. Before joining the family business, he worked with a financial consultancy start-up, gaining experience in data-driven decision-making, strategic planning and entrepreneurial execution. These skills now guide his work at Shubham Tanks and Liners, where he is involved in identifying new market opportunities, shaping the company’s strategic direction, and supporting the company’s evolution in a changing industrial landscape. He holds a Ph.D. from Brandeis University, Boston and a Master’s degree from the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai.
